The cryptocurrency and stock prices displayed in the ticker bar are sourced from third-party providers, including:
- Cryptocurrency prices from CoinGecko.
- Stock prices from Finnhub.
Chain Monitoring Group does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this third-party data. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in the data provided by third parties, nor for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your reliance on such data. You acknowledge that the Services may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., CoinGecko, Finnhub), and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to the ticker bar design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Chain Monitoring Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. - Any errors, inaccuracies, or delays in the cryptocurrency or stock prices displayed in the ticker bar.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including third-party data from CoinGecko or Finnhub.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
In no event shall Chain Monitoring Group’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chain Monitoring Group, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

Chain Monitoring Group reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate fully with Chain Monitoring Group in asserting any available defenses.
Termination
